About the Role:
The Infrastructure and Network Officer is responsible for the design, implementation, management, and support of the organization’s IT infrastructure and network systems, ensuring uptime, security compliance, and high availability of all IT services.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
• Maintain and monitor servers, storage, backup systems, and virtualization platforms.
• Perform regular patch management, system upgrades, and health checks.
• Configure, manage, and troubleshoot LAN/WAN, firewalls, switches, routers, and wireless networks.
• Implement and monitor network security policies and tools (e.g., VPN, IDS/IPS, etc.).
• Manage Active Directory, DNS, and Group Policy Objects (GPOs).

QUALIFICATIONS & EXPERIENCE
• Bachelor degree in any Computer related field.
• Minimum 3 years of experience in network, Infra Management and security.

TECHNICAL SKILLS
• Proficient in managing Windows/Linux servers and virtualization platforms (e.g., VMware, Hyper-V).
• Strong knowledge of networking protocols, devices, and tools.
• Familiarity with cloud platforms is an advantage.
