Branding and Communication (Assistant to Officer)

Key Responsibilities:                                                                                                                                                                        

  • Monitor and ensure brand consistency across all marketing platforms.
  • Develop and implement branding guidelines.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to create and execute marketing campaigns.
  • Develop targeted marketing strategies for different customer segments.
  • Conduct market research to assess brand positioning and customer perception.
  • Analyze brand performance metrics and track KPIs.
  • Manage the brand’s digital presence, website content, and social media initiatives.
  • Develop content strategies for social media, email marketing, and digital channels.
  • Oversee brand-related content, design, and communication efforts.
  • Craft press releases, media statements, and internal communication materials.
  • Build and maintain relationships with media, press, and key stakeholders.
  • Plan and coordinate PR activities, corporate events, and sponsorships.
  • Develop and implement crisis communication strategies.
  • Monitor brand mentions and handle PR risks proactively.
  • Ensure internal communication aligns with brand values.
  • Support employer branding initiatives.

Job Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Communications, Brand Management, or a related field.
  • Proficient in developing web applications using at least one popular web framework.
  • Minimum of 2-5 years of experience in brand management or a similar role, ideally within a PSO, financial services, or technology company.
  • Proven track record of developing and implementing successful brand strategies.
  • Experience managing brand positioning and ensuring consistent brand messaging across all channels.
  • strong understanding of brand development and marketing strategies.
  • Proficient in digital marketing, including SEO, SEM, and social media marketing.
  • Ability to analyze market trends and customer insights to drive brand strategy.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills for content creation, internal communication, and external presentations.
  • Proficiency in tools like Google Analytics, Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator), Canva, etc
  • Experience with market research and ability to analyze data to adjust strategies.
  • Ability to work with cross-functional teams, including marketing, design, and product teams, to execute branding initiatives.:
  • Creative and innovative with the ability to think strategically.
  • Strong leadership skills with experience managing teams or projects.
  • Detail-oriented with a strong focus on brand consistency and quality.
  • High adaptability to rapidly changing market conditions and business needs.
  • Excellent project management skills with the ability to juggle multiple priorities and meet deadlines.
  • Experience in managing social media accounts, digital content, and campaign execution.
  • Knowledge of brand performance tracking tools and reporting.
