Responsibilities

• Identification of potential clients and leads generation.
• Development of proposal, pitch deck, presentation etc.
• Product Presentation, Demonstration, and POC
• Follow ups and thorough follow ups.
• Closing agreement for product/service sales.
• Processing purchase orders.
• Monitoring business performance and making strategic decision based on metrics.
• Conducting training and knowledge sharing sessions.
• Planning promotional campaigns for promotions of products/service offered.
• Execution of business strategies to boost transactions from issued cards.
• Courtesy visits and feedback collection.
• Relation enhancement, requirements collection, and cross selling.
• Self-Performance assessment and reporting of business activities to supervisor.
• Research and development for product enhancement.
• Feedback on new product development.
• Mass ground activation workshops and events targeted on sales, activation and cross selling.
• Team Management

Requirements

• Minimum 1 year of experience in relevant field.
• Bachelor completed from recognized university.
• Excellent in written and verbal English and Nepali Communication.
