  1. What is तिर्की दाउ (Trial Offer)?

The तिर्की दाउ (Trial Offer) is designed to reward users with cashback amounts featuring three repetitive digits, based on their payment activity during the campaign period. All SCT-UnionPay debit cardholders, both existing and new, are eligible to participate. The more transactions you make, the higher your cashback reward will be, as per the campaign’s terms and conditions.

  1. Is This Offer Applicable Only in Nepal?

No, the Trial Offer is valid for POS-based merchant payments both in Nepal and India. However, the terms and cashback amounts differ for domestic and cross-border transactions. For detailed information, please review the campaign terms.

  1. I Have an SCT-UPI Debit Card. How Can I Participate in the Campaign?

The campaign runs from September 1st to October 31st, 2024. To participate, simply use your SCT-UPI debit card for POS payments at any merchant location during this period. Cashback will be credited to your bank account linked to the card at the end of the campaign.

  • Domestic Transactions: You can earn up to NPR 777 in cashback based on the number of transactions made during the campaign, with a minimum spending requirement of NPR 500 per transaction.
  • India Transactions: Earn a flat NPR 250 cashback when you spend NPR 2,500 or more at merchant locations in India.
  1. Do I Need to File a Claim or Contact the Bank for Cashback?

No, there’s no need to file a claim or contact the bank or SCT. If you meet the eligibility criteria, the cashback will be automatically credited to your bank account linked to the card after the campaign ends.

  1. Can You Provide More Information on Campaign Mechanics and Terms?

          A. Domestic Campaign: This offer is available to all SCT-UPI debit cardholders at any merchant location within Nepal.

Terms:

  1. Minimum Transaction Amount: To qualify for the cashback, each transaction must be a minimum of NPR 500.
  2. Transaction Frequency: Multiple transactions made at the same merchant location on the same day will only be counted once for the purpose of cashback eligibility.
  3. Eligibility: Each cardholder is eligible to receive cashback in only one of the applicable cashback categories.
  4. Campaign Modifications: SCT reserves the right to modify the campaign terms, including its duration and mechanics, at any time without prior notice.

        B. Cross-border Campaign: Campaign is applicable to all cardholders owning SCT-UPI debit cards at any merchant locations at India.

NPR 250 cashback on POS transaction made at any merchant location within India.

Terms:

  1. Minimum eligible transaction amount per transaction shall be NPR 2500.
  2. Multiple transactions at same merchant location in a same day shall be counted only one time.
  3. Campaign terms including campaign duration and mechanics can be modified by SCT at any point of time.
