Responsibilities

- Work with stakeholders to gather and document business requirements.
- Convert business requirements into detailed technical specifications, including diagrams, process flows, and use cases.
- Review and refine requirement drafts from the business development team to ensure clarity and readiness for implementation.
- Develop and execute comprehensive test plans to ensure that requirements are fully met.
- Perform user acceptance testing (UAT) to validate that the end product meets the business needs.
- Ensure the final output matches the initial requirements before release.
- Collaborate with engineering teams to support API integration, ensuring that systems interact seamlessly.
- Assist in troubleshooting and resolving issues related to API integration.
- Work closely with both business and engineering teams to assist in the development of new products.
- Act as the primary point of contact for communication and coordination between teams throughout the development lifecycle.
- Assist in verifying that the product is aligned with business requirements.
- Create comprehensive technical documents, including process flows and system architecture diagrams.
- Ensure clear and effective communication between business and technology teams to facilitate smooth project delivery.
- Participate in training sessions related to project management, requirement analysis, and emerging technologies.
- Stay updated with industry best practices and tools for continuous professional growth.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in business administration, Information Technology or similar field (preferably bachelor’s in information technology)
- Minimum of 1 year of experience in relevant field
- Strong interest in product development, business analysis, and project management
- Good communication skills and ability to work cross-functionally with teams
- Working knowledge of APIs, SDKs, Usability and Troubleshooting.
